Just Wondering...
I have been super busy lately between work and home I am feeling tapped out. I know I need to take extra special care of myself but for some reason when my plate is overloaded and I due to time constraints cannot get to yoga class, manicure/pedicure- the small things that make me feel like a million bucks..I am wondering how my Blog Friends do when time is short and you need to practice extreme self care..any ideas please pass them along! I am open to suggestions!
Don't know the easy answer. Just carve out a block of time for ME time and do what you feel like doing, not what you think you SHOULD do...

bed day! did it part of the day today, enjoyed it so much may even do it again tomorrow (part of the day of course) :) hugs!!

I remember when I started working full time, I had no idea HOW people managed to do that AND do things like grocery shop, go to the gym, go to yoga, etc. The best thing that worked for me? Plan ahead plan ahead plan ahead. And that way you can carve out blocks of time. And when all else fails, mental health day!
ReplyDeleteMerci everyone for the fabuolous ideas..I think a bed day followed by coffee in my beautiful backyard while making note in my planner pad sounds like a just the plan! I have some great ideas on how to make this happen!! Love to all...xo
